products purchased on the Experienceshoes.com web site. We do not
give cash or credit card refunds.
All
shoes being exchanged must be in new, unworn condition,
and sent to us within 15 days of purchase.

does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
We are not responsible for knowing what size shoe you need. We are happy
to discuss the size with you and will do our best to put you into the
right pair of shoes. The Buyer is responsible for all returned items
shipping charges.

Items purchased through ExperienceShoes.com are subject to the availability
of the item (s). ExperienceShoes.com does not guarantee that all items
will be in stock, nor that the prices are accurate. Prices for merchandise
and shipping are subject to change without notice. Every effort is made
to ship orders in a timely fashion, unfortunately delays can occur,
and ExperienceShoes.com takes no responsibility or liability for any
delays in order shipment. In addition, we are not responsible for any
transactions made through any other dealers sites that we may or may
not have recommended to you.
RESTOCKING
FEE
Returns
after 15 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee and you must have
obtained authorization from the management.

welcomes international orders, but due to the difficulty of shipping,
cannot accept returns on international orders (except from Canada).
